The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the metro and train stations which make it very convenient to explore the city. It's also located on the other side of the river, providing a different perspective and a nice view. Despite some noise from the passing trains, the rooms are comfortable with modern furnishings and well-maintained bathrooms. The service is friendly and the breakfast offers a variety of options to start your day.
The staff could improve their response to complaints and provide better customer service.
